Does your relationship with food nourish you or not? Most of us struggle with food, challenged by food issues, cravings, overweight, allergies, sensitivities, addictions, or just plain confusion. This class will cover the little known contributors to these challenges, which are the subtle energies affecting and creating our relationship with food. We’ll analyze the subtle or invisible energies composing the physiological, psychological, epigenetic (ancestral), and subtle anatomical issues that create—and clear—food issues.

Please read:  • Prerequisite: Basic understanding of Energy. • Students dress comfortably and in layers, class rooms can be cold. • Students are encouraged to bring water bottles, filtered water is available nearby for refills. • Students are encouraged to bring their lunch. Microwave available, please bring utensils, dishes and paper products. • Limited Food service is available on Saturdays.
