This class will focus on the Yang family traditional postures and methods, concentrating on Chang Man Ching’s 37-move form. Tai Chi Chuan offers health benefits including relaxation, improved flexibility and better balance. Yang style Tai Chi Chuan is the most popular style of Tai Chi and is known for its graceful movements and moderate frame. Students will increase their knowledge in the performance of the Yang Short Form (37 postures) and learn to demonstrate the basic principles of Taijichuan in all of the form’s 37 postures
