Looking for a compass and a guide for the alignment process and stay focus on strategic projects?

Many organizations find themselves swimming in massive pools of projects and data without a clear direction. The Vital Few is a highly interactive 2-day workshop where you will learn to effectively measure and improve your organization strategic initiatives.

You will learn how to quickly evaluate improvement initiatives using a simple 8-step process, ensuring your organization works on improvements that will realize the most value for your customer. You will learn how to write a problem statement, develop a value stream map and select The Vital Few projects that will deliver improved outcomes

Instructor: Mike Gratz and Sarah Nesset, lead instructors with MIPRO. Mike and Sarah are both experts at continuous improvement that delivers customer driven value.

Who should attend: Business leaders of all types and from all sectors. Department managers and those desiring to advance their problem-solving skills. Experience with continuous improvement approaches is a plus, but not required.

The cost is $695 per person. Register 3 or more and receive a discount. Registration includes materials, lunch and certification.
