This class will focus on the Yang family traditional postures and methods, concentrating on Yang 108 postures. Postures will be grouped and taught with an eye toward sequencing the groups into the Yang Long form. This course is recommended for those who have had previous Tai Chi instruction.

Increase knowledge in the performance of the Yang Short Form (37 postures)
Demonstrate the basic principles of Taijichuan in all of the form’s 37 postures
