« back to classes page
We seek happiness all of our lives, yet we struggle to understand what it is and how to cultivate it. In this course, you'll learn about the global happiness movement--how it’s influencing society, business, education, economic policy and more. Explore the impact stress and happiness has on physical, emotional and behavioral wellbeing. Redefine happiness to help you reclaim your power and cultivate authentic happiness in your own life.

Aristotle was the pioneer in the field of human happiness and believed it to be the ultimate purpose of human existence. His philosophy was, “Happiness depends on ourselves.”
