Calm the mind and body with the ease of this quiet yoga practice focused on deep breathing and gentle postures designed to release physical tension. This combination of breath and gentle movement activates the relaxation response, calming the nervous system while relieving stress.  You will be gently guided through these flowing postures and reap the benefits of calming down. Sleep better and feel more at ease in your body.   All while gaining the benefits of more flexibility and balance in your life.
