« back to classes page
Trauma is one of the most challenging issues to recover from, whether caused by physical or psychological challenges.  This course will introduce participants to a subtle energetic understanding of trauma and psychologically challenging relationships with the goal of self-understanding and the breaking of negative patterns for self or others using subtle energy techniques, which should in no way be substituted for licensed professional care. This exciting approach will explore trauma from a subtle energetic perspective, looking at issues like “energy charges,” “forces,” and “isms.” “Isms”  is short for the energetic constructs that create relationships involving narcissism, depression, anxiety, addictions, codependency, and more. Come for yourself or as a practitioners interested in this area. You must have a basic understanding of energy to participate in this course.
Please note: Registration is not opened until April 2018.
