Move forward when the problem feels stuck.

Complex initiatives often stall not because of a lack of effort, but because teams encounter challenges that feel unclear, constrained, or impossible to resolve with traditional problem-solving methods. SHIFT: Innovating Through the Unsolvable is designed for professionals who lead change, projects, and process improvement efforts and need practical ways to create forward momentum when progress slows.

This session introduces the SHIFT framework, a portable approach that helps innovators reframe persistent challenges, unlock new perspectives, and tap into collective insight across teams and stakeholders. Participants learn how to use curiosity as a strategic tool—moving conversations away from deadlock and toward exploration, possibility, and informed experimentation.
