GLOBAL CAREER DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR (GCDF)
CERTIFIED CAREER SERVICES PROVIDER (CCSP)


This certificate program offers training required for national credentialing as a GCDF and a CCSP. Professionals with these credentials work in education, workforce development, non-profit, government and community agencies as well as in consulting and private practice.
The Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) and the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) designates individuals who have met the requirements set forth by the National Career Development Association and the Center for Credentialing and Education, Inc.

Benefits of Program Completion includes an international credential, marketable certification and professional recognition as well as learning skills to advance your own career.

This is a hybrid version blended 4 virtual classroom sessions with independent, online learning.  It is not a self-paced class, however.  Students are expected to meet specific deadlines for the completion of assignments.  GCDF/CCSP is an internationally recognized certification program, which designates individuals working in a variety of career development settings who have met the requirements set forth by the NCDA and Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc. GCDFs/CCSP may serve as:

  • Career development group facilitators

  • Human resource career development coordinators

 (It is okay to share or borrow the textbook from colleagues who have taken the course previously.)

- This 120-hour course is highly interactive and designed for busy, working adults. Learners will complete online training and will meet several times throughout the course, as a cohort via zoom.
- Online content can be accessed anytime, at the learner’s convenience
- Zoom class dates are meant to provide opportunities for collaboration and for participants to develop their skills and refine their core competencies.
