In an effort to support everyone's health and well-being, this course will be held as an interactive web-cast session via ZOOM. Students will have ample opportunity to participate, ask questions, and connect with one another in this virtual delivery method.
Vitamins: (Part Two) This class will discuss individual vitamins and how they nourish the whole person. Major foods sources, supplemental forms, and optimal amounts of the individual vitamins will also be treated. Quasi-vitamins--compounds recognized as vitamins by some nations other than the U.S.A. (vitamins B13, T, and U)--will also be treated and their benefits outlined.
