With the rapid rate of change, we face continual challenges in all aspects of our lives,  everything from changes at work to personal shifts like getting married or retiring from a full-time job. The good news is we can tap into our strengths and gain tools to help us remain grounded, courageous, and connected.
Daring Greatly™ is an empirically-based curriculum developed by Dr. Brené Brown, Research Professor at the Graduate School of Social Work at the University of Houston. This workshop is designed to help you:
•    Clarify your core values and use them as an anchor
•    Let go of what other people think and embrace authenticity
•    Discover practices for developing gratitude and joy
•    Understand how you can use vulnerability and empathy to become more courageous
This powerful and transformative workshop is designed for people of all ages who want to show up, be seen and live a braver life.
The workshop will start on Friday afternoon and wrap-up on Saturday. When you leave the workshop, you’ll be given personal reflections and exercises. Your instructor will provide feedback post the workshop.
