Mindfulness is simply being with yourself as you are at that moment. It is being honest and grateful for your life the way it is. Being mindful makes it easier to savor the pleasures in life as they occur, helps you become fully engaged in activities, and creates a greater capacity to deal with adverse events. Using meditation, eating, movement, gratitude practice and other mindful activities, you will begin to open and develop your own mindfulness practice for a healthier life.
