Pathways to Healthy Sleep (F)

This class defines healthy sleep for adults. Explore western approaches, and non-negotiable strategies for sleep healing. Day 2 will highlight natural sleep strategies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy for insomnia, alternative/complementary methods, mindfulness, immersion in natural environments and modifications in one's sleeping space. The series will conclude with discussion of what holds promise and what does not, based on current research/clinical evidence. 4 Contact Hours, $89, Dr. Michael V.
