Experience how relaxation techniques can help you manage challenges, stress, health, relationships, finances and distractions to feel more focused and at ease each day. This course is almost completely experiential—you will spend approximately 45 minutes in a guided relaxation session including breathing, muscle relaxation, guided imagery, and meditation, and the rest of the time will include dicussion on relaxation and stress management. If you have ever struggled with relaxing, this guidance will help you maintain focus and enter a deeply relaxed state.
