Global Career Development Facilitator Cert Program (F)

This is a hybrid version of our Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) program, which blends 5 classroom sessions with independent, online learning.  It is not a self-paced class, however.  Students are expected to meet specific deadlines for the completion of assignments.  GCDF is an internationally recognized certification program, which designates individuals working in a variety of career development settings who have met the requirements set forth by the NCDA and Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc. GCDFs may serve as:
  • WorkForce development personnel
  • Job Counselors
  • Career development case managers
  • Job search trainers
  • Career resource center coordinators
  • Career coaches
  • Career development group facilitators
  • Intake interviewers
  • Human resource career development coordinators
  • Employment/placement specialists
  • Occupational and labor market information resource persons
  • High school career center managers 
What the program provides: 
  • Training required for national GCDF certification eligibility
  • Training required for the Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) certification
