Lean Six Sigma is used globally to improve business performance and eliminate waste. In its simplest form, Lean Six Sigma is a method and a set of tools to solve problems and improve processes. This course will introduce you to the world of Lean thinking. You’ll see how businesses operate more efficiently by eliminating defects in products and services, as well as other forms of waste: inventory, processing, waiting, motion, transportation and overproduction. Lean Six Sigma methods are powerful, flexible and save costs for private and public organizations. Gain skills that are applicable for industrial and manufacturing processes as well as service industries. No pre-requisites required!
