« back to classes page
In today’s diverse workplace you are likely to encounter individuals with many different communication styles.  Effective management requires that you understand those differences in order to avoid costly misunderstandings.  In this workshop, you will acquire important techniques for you to communicate effectively with diverse employees and clients.  Because most of our messages are transmitted through nonverbal channels, we will learn about important cultural differences in nonverbal communication and how these differences can impact the communication process.
