ID : 56878
« back to classes page
This 3-hour workshop is designed to introduce learners to the fundamental nature of our inner circadian/clock rhythms and how these rhythms play out in our waking lives and nocturnal sleep. We will address the question of how these principles shape our attention, our memory, our moods, our behavior and our relationships with others and the larger issue of how our social, technological and cultural forces are creating huge challenges for managing healthy sleep-wake cycles at all ages. We will explore how to identify one’s inner clock pattern and how the alignment between our inner clock and sleep habits influences our psychological well-being and resilience.
