Yoga Nidra is a non-movement, guided meditation that takes you into “yogic sleep”. It is a wonderful and effective way to reduce stress and find optimal health. It boosts the immune system, reduces or eliminates anxiety and depression, treats sleep issues, and prevents and reverses numerous ailments and diseases. One hour of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 3 hours of sleep.
